Who would be the audience for your media product?


Our Thriller opening sequence is certified as 15 and so the viewing of this movie is aimed for the older audiences.
Using our Audience Research and the questionnaires we made, overall it should aim at younger adults and therefore came up with our genre, Action Thriller.

This would probably aim for male audiences more than females as it centres stereotypically a male protagonist with a risky job. Therefore the age range for is around 16-30s.
Going back to the certification for our Thriller opening sequence. Limiting our audience means it views the explicit or a sense of strong violence are shown within the movie, therefore it is inappropriate for viewing under the age range.

The target audience could somehow relate to their jobs and the idea of trying to move on. Since our protagonist is in a suit and working in a top organisation, this can be linked to people who are similar to him.


Could also attract audiences who like action packed thrillers even though they live in a world with work orientated people. There are audiences who like action thrillers and so we challenged that idea instead of going for psychological or mystery. Turning out to be a Thriller similar to The Transporter and Bourne Identity. Allowing the audience who like the Action genre colliding with Thriller creates a bigger group of audiences to watch our Thriller movie.












Action Thriller movies such as Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol and James Bond  movie: Casino Royale.
